Outlook 2003, Winxp SP#3, Comcast cannot get settings right

I have the following settings ( according to Comcast correct)
Incoming: 110 mail.comcast.net
Outgoing: 587 smtp.comcast.net
But it will not connect.
Any ideas?

It is exactly as I told you before!
The complete version of MSOffice Pro 2003 was installed and ONLY the Outlook
2007 was installed additionally.
