I don't have a problem with opening the files after saving them to my HHD.
They open fine with PPT viewer. It's the sound that is now missing.

Problem has been corrected.. Went online searched for CSAPI3T1.dll file and
downloaded it to the PROOF directory and it resolved the problem.
