Office 2007 - Outlook

When I click on a email message in my inbox, it opens up in a new window.
The email in the new window is opened in "Read Only" mode. In "Read Only"
mode I can not delete...

I hate to change the registry since it is not on my PC but on an
inexperienced person's PC.

There is no option in Outlook Express to perform the address book interaction?

Can I configure Outlook Express to use the same email id for two different
Win XP user ids on the same PC.

Log on with userid 1 with admin rights. Configure Express to use userid 1
and gain access...
