can you change all outlook contacts to ALL CAPS?

FYI - small-caps and all-caps font options are not available in Microsoft
Office Excel. For a similar effect, you can choose a font that includes only
uppercase letters, or you can press CAPS LOCK...

Except the U.S. Postal Service that requests envelopes and labels be
addressed in ALL CAPS with no punctuation - this is the only reason we're
wanting to make the change

Address book compliant with U.S. Postal Service request?

Any way to change our contacts folder (3200 names/addresses) to appear in all
caps? That would be the format the U.S. Postal Services requests, but I
haven't discovered any "select all" or edit...
