Your "pat" answer isn't sufficient. If your response is accurate, why doesn't
the United States of America appear on EVERY address? I have over 600
addresses in MS Contacts and your answer doesn't...

I hate that Outlook Contacts does this. I am constantly removing the United
States of America. It pops up sporadically on various addresses. I remove
them only to have it appear on other addresses...
