Thanks, but i figured it out. It appears that for whatever reason Win Xp
was using the "old" OE on the other drive with windows 98

Ok, here is the situation. Graphics and pictures do not come through in
HTML messages. Also, I cannot copy parts of a message sent (can only select
"select all" and then copy that.

Hi

finally upgraded my computer to Windows XP home and am having an issue with
outlook express. I cannot see images and cannot edit or copy from the
messages.

I have IE set to fairly low security...
