Find a folder
I've been working in Outlook for many years but have never come across this.
You can't search for a folder. Can you? Well I can't. I made a folder
called test, tried everything I could to find...

PST file is too big for online backup
I make a new .pst file each year, and call them 2006, 2007 etc then sort my
inbox by date and move all the old ones into the correct year. If I want to
find a message that I got in 2004, I know...

Outlook hangs on pointing to the print button
Only one user, Outlook 2003 no service pack (which I will resolve) running
on a Citrix server. No PDF software I can see.
Yes it hangs each time, but only in Outlook, not in Word so will try...

Outlook hangs on pointing to the print button
We have one user that has this problem. When he points to the print button
in Outlook, Outlook hangs for up to two minutes. Any idea where to look for
the cause of this issue?

AutoCorrect does not work in Subject line
If Outlook (2003 sp2) is set to send in Plain Text, and Word is not the
email editor, AutoCorrect works in the subject line. Any other
configuration and it doesn't. eg with new mail being HTML...
