Instead of Reply Using a specific template in your rule, use Have server
reply using a specific message.

I don't think he means the PST is password protected. He just wants to add

Problems with address book
There's nothing you can do at the Outlook end to filter disabled accounts
from your view of the global address list, but it can be done in Active
Directory. Someone with access to Active Directory...

Add a list of words in a senders name to rule?
You can do this by creating a rule that looks for "specific words in the
sender's address". Just add all the domains to that list of words, make the
rule move or delete any messages found, and...

Are you using stationery? If so try turning it off. The Times New Roman
you're seeing is probably there because it's the default font in IE,
indicating, probably, that for that part of your message...

Are you sure you're looking at Exchange mailbox folders, and not Windows
folders? I've never seen an Exchange folder with a hand under it, but it is
certainly possible to browse Windows folders...
