'Send and Receive' crashes outlook 2002

Tried it dozens of time even have re-installing Office XP...won't detect or
repair anything to do with this problem! Keeps on going with no end is
sight!!! I have tried everything I can read on...

Hi Kathleen- I m fully patched with SP3 n not using Norton nor Plaxo!
As far as to check Add-in, I cant since Outlook starts n give me that
message it as to close! Have tried many time before it...

I am using Outlook 2002 (10.66515.6817) SP3, and every time outlook opens and
I click on 'send & receive' to download mail, I get this pop-up saying,
"Microsoft Outlook has encountered a problem...
