I guess I forgot to say I am using Outlook 2002. The advanced toolbar
doesn't seem to have a "Group by" button. Can this be done in Outlook 2002?

working. I managed to delete some stuff from it and get it functioning

I'm not sure what you mean by Control Panel. If I use Windows Control Panel
(Start-Control Panel), there is no "Data Files". Is there a Control Panel
somewhere in Outlook?

I discovered something else. I can move some of the files I can't delete to
another Outlook Data file, then delete it from that file. It is now deleted
from the file that I am having problems...
