how do I lock my p.c. when Im not around
Depends a little upon your operating system but press CTRL+ALT+DELETE
and it should offer you the option to lock the computer.
To unlock it you'll simply type your password.

What version of Outlook are you using? Are you changing the computer's

Outlook stops sending after a few hours
I'm guessing you're using POP3 or IMAP as your server? Just a SWAG but

Syncing outlook calenders
Well, my advice would be to fix the server problems - storage is cheap
and you'll be glad you did it.
That said, I'm not aware of a capable sync tool but you might check here
and see if you can...
