Need help finding Rules and Alerts
You missed a really simple step - menus are context sensitive. So first
select the Inbox. Then Tools| Rule and Alerts.

Outlook Calendar to Access
Use a table view of the Calendar (By Category) and select a slab of it
(shift click). Then Ctrl C to copy. Open Excel and Ctrl V to paste it.
That's how to get it into Excel.

Outlook Calendar to Access
I have cut and pasted a Table View (eg By Category) into Excel and then
totalled columns - I hope that helps a bit.

I have seen some strange collapsing behaviour many times. Try this:
Right click the column header of the Task table and selelct customise
current view. Bottom right corner are the expand/collapse...

Move Completed Tasks
Yep - you'll have to manually do it. Rules run at the point in time when
emails are sent/received.
It's easy to file the completed tasks. Here's one way: make a Task folder,
view Completed...
