I switched to Windows live and I can't read the text in the body. I have to
copy the text and paste it into Word in order to read it. What is wrong? I
even had to type this message in Word and...

When I send an attachments it shows up as an icon in the body of my text.
It never use to be that way. How can I change it back to showing a simple
paperclip?

The email never makes it into the Follow Up folder as it is suppose to.

Using Outlook 2003. When I set a reminder on an email, it does not go into
the "Follow Up" folder. Therefore, a popup does not appear in the "Reminder
