User installed arabic language pack...help desk cannot reset

One of our users received an e-mail in arabic, and selected "OK" when asked
to install the language pack when she opened the e-mail.

This only affected a few of the folder names in the navigation...

Everything in my outlook active syncs except my contacts,

Thanks, Russ. However, I think the solution you provided may be for use with
Tasks as it has the Simple and Detailed view options.

However, I did attempt to do something similar in the Contacts...

I don't want to have to create distribution lists for a single contact with
multiple emails.

The tip for selecting the contact will work well when I only need to send to

Can I send email to a contact that is not in my address book?

It happens when I hit send, with any address that is not in the book. Also,
I can't even enter myself as a new contact - it doesn't recognize/erases my
own email address when I try to add myself...

I keep getting the error - Does not recognize one or more names. This
